Foodbank vouchers

Our foodbank works using a voucher referral system. Find out more about how we work.

People use Crowborough Food Bank when they are in crisis for a number of different reasons. The use of Crowborough Foodbank for a few weeks should help you through your immediate crisis allowing you time to put other support measures in place. It is not a long term solution for your food needs.

Before we can provide a food box we need a food voucher to be issued by a referral agency registered with the Trussell Trust, like the organisations that are listed below, or by your Doctor or your Social/Support Worker. The local agency can also provide long term support if needed to help address some of the issues behind the reasons for your crisis. .   If a school or support agency is not listed please ask them to contact Crowborough Food Bank so we can set them  up to issue vouchers.

Are you a family with children?

If your children are in school, please contact the school secretary/receptionist or ask the children’s service team you’re in contact with and they will direct you to the member of staff who can issue vouchers.

If you are a referral agency and would like to become registered to issue vouchers for our foodbank, please contact us to find out more.
